What is Lucidity?
Lucidity is a voice-first AI coaching system designed to help high performers move from scattered and reactive to clear, aligned, and intentional. It combines personalized coaching (through an AI coach who learns your context in a deeper conversation called your Blueprint) with a structured daily rhythm (morning clarity, midday check-in, evening reflection) to keep you accountable and grounded.
Unlike generic productivity apps or one-size-fits-all coaching, Lucidity adapts to who you are and what matters to you. The coach remembers your context, checks in on your priorities, and helps you notice yourself evolving over time.
