Lucidity provides a coaching experience that may include AI-generated guidance. Features and availability may change as we improve the product. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practicable.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lucidity. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service—for example, by attempting to interfere with security, scrape or overload our systems, or use the product in violation of law. We may suspend access for violations that create risk to users, our infrastructure, or third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
Lucidity branding, software, and content are owned by Spirit of Steel LLC or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as intended. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer except as allowed by law.

Lucidity is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spirit of Steel LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
