Request deletion of your Lucidity account
Spirit of Steel LLC operates Lucidity. To delete your account and associated data:
- Enter the email address tied to your Lucidity account below.
- Optionally add a note (for example, if you no longer have access to that email).
- Submit the form. We will confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days.
What we delete: account profile, coaching conversations, vault notes, commitments, push notification tokens, and calendar connection data tied to your account.
What we may retain: billing or subscription records if applicable; anonymized analytics; data we must keep for legal, security, or fraud prevention (see our Retention policy — typically purged from active systems within 30 days).
